Asian Chicken Stir Fry

The Asian Chicken Stir Fry makes a great weekday dinner when you want something comforting and fuss free. It is loaded with tender pieces of fried chicken coated with a delicious sauce that goes really well with a hot bowl of rice. You can also use any vegetables you like in this stir fry!

Asian Chicken Stir Fry


□  100g chicken thighs or breast, sliced
□  Cornstarch
□  Vegetable Oil

□  1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced
□  1 medium red pepper, sliced
□  1 small head of red onion, sliced
□  1 clove of garlic, chopped
□  1 tbsp of olive oil
□  1 tsp of salt

□  2 tbsp of Curtice Brothers Organic Ketchup
□  1 tbsp of soy sauce
□  ½ tbsp of honey


1. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside
2. Coat the sliced chicken in cornstarch
3. Deep fry chicken in vegetable oil, for about 6-7 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to paper towel to absorb excess oil
4. In a deep pan, add olive oil and start by frying the onions and garlic until fragrant for 2 minutes 5. Add in carrots and peppers, season with salt
6. Cook for 3 minutes until vegetables are soft and add in the cooked chicken along with the sauce
7. Stir fry for 2 minutes and serve over cooked rice
