Chicken and Vegetables Skewer

Skewers are often a must have at every barbecue, and here's a simple one that you can try. The ingredients below are the usual suspects for skewers, but you can also be creative and add your own meat or vegetables.

Chicken and Vegetables Skewer

Ingredients

Marinated Chicken:
□ 200 gr of chicken thighs, cut into bite sized chunks
□ 5 tsp of Curtice Brothers Organic Ketchup
□ 1 tsp  of paprika powder
□ 1 tsp of dried oregano

Vegetables:
□ Red bell peppers
□ Yellow bell peppers
□ Green bell peppers
□ Mushrooms
□ Red onions

Instructions

1. Marinate the chicken in the ketchup, paprika and oregano
2. Skewer them with the rest of the ingredients and cook on the grill/pan/oven for about 12/15 minutes, until ready
3. Serve and enjoy!
