Roasted Camembert Salad

This Roasted Camembert Salad can be served as an appetiser for a dinner party, or on its own as a meat free weekday dinner. It’s easy to put together, looks good, and taste even better. Each bite is satisfying with creamy camembert cheese, crunchy vegetables and delicious dressing. Try it!

Roasted Camembert Salad


A bowl with mixed leaves
□  4-5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
□  1 bell pepper
□  30g of walnuts
□  1 camembert cheese
□  A quarter avocado
□  1 tsp of sesame seeds

□  1 tsp of Curtice Brothers Organic Mustard
□  1 tbsp of honey
□  1 tbsp of olive oil
□  1 tsp of lemon juice
□  A pinch of salt and pepper


1. Slice the bell pepper, remove seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 200C
2. Meanwhile, drizzle the camembert cheese with olive oil and poke small holes, using a toothpick, through the top part
3. Bake the cheese in the oven together with the sliced bell peppers for 10 minutes
4. Mix the dressing together
5. Assemble the salad, serve with the cheese and bell peppers, drizzle with the honey mustard dressing
