Salmon Fillet

Salmon is a fatty fish that is very low in saturated fat, rich in Omega-3 fatty acid and an amazing source of protein. Our glaze is complemented the natural flavours of salmon nicely with a touch of Asian taste. Here we serve with salad, but you can serve this with rice and a bowl of miso soup too.

Salmon Fillet

□  1 tbsp of vegetable oil
□  250 gr fillet of salmon
□  Salt and black pepper

□ 30 gr of butter
□ 1 clove of garlic, diced
□ 1 tbsp of honey
□ 1 tsp of soy sauce
□ 2 tsp of Curtice Brothers Organic Mustard

Serve with:

□ Green salad

1. In a hot pan, heat oil and start by cooking the salmon - skin side down first. It should take about 3 minutes on each side, and about 30 seconds on the sides  - so you seal it nicely
2. Set the salmon aside and let it rest
3. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by first adding butter to a hot pan and fry garlic until fragrant
4. Add in honey, soy sauce and mustard - let it cook for 30 seconds on a low heat
5. Add in the salmon and coat it nicely with the sticky glaze
6. Serve with salad and fresh parsley
