Sausage and Mustard Pasta

Fry sausages. Simmer sauce. Cook pasta and toss. Easy as ABC.

Sausage and Mustard Pasta


□ 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
□ 1 red onion, sliced
□ 100 gr of sausages, used only the minced meat
□ 30 ml  of white wine
□ 2 tsp of Curtice Brothers Organic Mustard
□ 50 ml double cream
□ 120 gr of cooked penne
□ Black pepper
□ Fresh parsley
□ Pine nuts


1. In a hot pan, add oil and start by frying onions for a minute
2. Add in sausage and fry it nicely till brown
3. Add in white wine and let it simmer for awhile until almost evaporated
4. Add in mustard and double cream - mix and toss in the cooked penne
5. Let it coat nicely and sprinkle with black pepper and fresh parsley
6. Top with pine nuts and serve
