Stir Fry

Astir fry is not just an easy weekday quick fix, but also a great dish to make if you are looking to clear your fridge. You can add in any vegetables that you can find in your fridge or even some prawns or meat if you like.

Stir Fry

Ingredients

□ 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
□ ½ red onion, sliced
□ 1 clove of garlic, diced
□ 1 tsp of ginger, chopped
□ 1 small carrot, cut in stripes
□ 1 small red pepper, cut into strips
□ 50 gr of mushrooms, sliced
□ 1 tbsp of soy sauce
□ 50 gr of broccoli florets
□ 30 gr of bean sprouts
□ 1 Tbsp of Curtice Brothers Organic ketchup
□ 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce
□ A bit of spring onions

Instructions

1. In a hot pan, add oil, and start by frying the onions, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes
2. Add in mushrooms, carrots and peppers
3. Season with soy sauce and add in broccoli
4. Stir fry regularly for about 5 minutes and add in bean sprouts, ketchup and hoisin sauce
5. Cook for another minutes, until the sauce thickens and toss in spring onions
6. Serve and enjoy!
