Vegetables Roast

All of us needs a good vegetables side and this is it. Easy to find vegetables that are sweet. And the touch of hazelnuts just bring the vegetables roast to a next level.

Vegetables Roast


□  1 Piccolo of Curtice Brothers Organic Ketchup
□  ½ a Piccolo of Curtice Brothers Organic Mustard
□  1 tbsp of honey
□  1 tsp of soy sauce
□  1 tsp of dried oregano
□  ½ tsp of garlic powder
□  1 tbsp of orange juice

□  200g of brussels sprouts, halved
□  1 carrot, peeled and chopped
□  ½ head of red onions, chopped
□  1 red pepper, chopped
□  50 ml of water
□  1 tbsp of hazelnuts


1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees
2. Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside
3. Place the prepared vegetables in a baking tray and pour in the sauce
4. Mix nicely and toss evenly
5. Pour in the water
6. Roast the vegetables for about 30 minutes
7. Enjoy with a sprinkle of hazelnuts
