Vegetables Roast

All of us needs a good vegetables side and this is it. Easy to find vegetables that are sweet. And the touch of hazelnuts just bring the vegetables roast to a next level.



  • 1 Piccolo of Curtice Brothers Organic Ketchup
  • ½ a Piccolo of Curtice Brothers Organic Mustard
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder


  • 200g of brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • ½ head of red onions, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp of hazelnuts


  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside
  3. Place the prepared vegetables in a baking tray and pour in the sauce
  4. Mix nicely and toss evenly
  5. Pour in the water
  6. Roast the vegetables for about 30 minutes
  7. Enjoy with a sprinkle of hazelnuts
