Where can I find Curtice Brothers products?

    Where are the ingredients from?
    We sourced for our fresh ingredients from some of the best organic farms to maintain the best product quality.
    How long do the products last?
    Each product will have its expiration date marked clearly on the bottle.
    Ketchup - After opening, we recommend storing the product in a cool place and using it within 3 - 4 weeks. 
    Mayonnaise - After opening, we recommend storing the product in a cool place and using it up within 2-3 weeks
    Mustard - After opening, we recommend storing the product in a cool place for 3 - 4 weeks
    Do all sauces need to be refrigerated?
    Yes, the product properties are retained longer if our sauces are stored refrigerated after opening.
    What allergens do Curtice Brothers sauces contain?
    All of our sauces contain mustard or mustard seeds.
    Since we produce other products on the same production line of mayonnaise, we have to make the note "May contain traces of soy, nuts and fish" visible to all our customers.
    How much sugar is in the ketchup?
    We only add 6% sugar from beet sugar. This is much less than other Ketchup available in the market.
    The rest of the sweetness comes from real tomatoes and ripe apples. However, many of our raw materials are sources of glucose and fructose.
    Why does the lid click on mustard?
    Some customers ask us why the lid clicks on our mustard. In short, it is because we are sometimes unable to fill under vacuum. However, we are already working on eliminating this problem as soon as possible. Rest assure that this product is originally closed. 

    If you are unsure, you should smell the mustard jar, see, and then taste it. Unless you find anything abnormal, you can eat the mustard.

    How can I redeem a voucher?
    In the checkout window there is the possibility to redeem vouchers.
    These are usually only one-off and only valid for a certain period.
    How can I cancel an order?
    If the order is not cancelled by 1 p.m. the following day, the package is unfortunately already bring processed and cannot be cancelled.

      Where do you deliver your products to?
      You are currently in the UK site which we delivers within UK only. However, we do have specific sites that caters to delivery in different parts of Europe.
      How long does delivery takes?
      Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
      Can I return my purchase?
      Returns is possible for orders with wrong products sent. However, we do not accept returns for products that have already been opened due to hygiene reasons.
      Can I get a refund for my purchase?
